The LSD-150 incorporates many new features such as automatic wafer scribing/dicing, automatic wafer rotation, saw-frame and ring-pair compatibility, large-format wafer capacity and state-of-the-art motion control, 'on-the-fly' vision alignment and automatic theta adjustment.
Its servo-driven air-bearing slides eliminate vibration in the scribing process resulting in dice that are clean and ready for attachment or plating without further processing. The motion control 'brain center' allows for sub-micron scribe accuracy. And its incredibly robust vision system enables the LSD-150 to virtually run itself.
